The grandfather of today's medium speed B&W films. PXP is still the favorite of many pro's who value it for it's tonality and flexible, forgiving nature. The "professional" version is my favorite and could certainly be utilized for almost any situation I can think of. It's tonality lends it to portraiture quite easily . Many a model have had their portfolio photographed on PXP . By today's standards it's a little grainy and not quite as sharp as the T-max films, but that isn't nearly as important of a factor in creating a fine image as the tonality of the film on which it's being created. So Eastman Kodak is keeping it around over 10 years after everyone thought it was doomed to the extinction of the history books . Must be a pretty good film !
