This is very similar to Kodak's Dektol, the king of all paper developers ! Dilute according to the contrast level you wish to develop. The 'normal' dilution is 1:2 which will give neutral tones with good d-max on most 'fast' papers in about 2.5 minutes. For a warmer toned image dilute 1:4 and add 2 grams pot. bromide. An exposure increase can be expected as usual.
