Dilute 1:1:13 and develop for 10 minutes for tank development. For tray development Eastman recommended 1:1:8 and a developing time of 7 minutes. Personally I'd probably start with times around 50% of these as new films are much faster to develop than the old thick emulsion types. According to the old manual that I have this is a very durable type of developer which can be used replenishment style for 2-3 weeks running. Frankly I'm not that optimistic as Pyro oxidizes pretty quickly.
