Mix the Elon, sod. sulfite and pot. iodide as a stock solution and add the sod. carbonate just prior to use. This may best be done by utilizing 20ml of a15% solution. In this case a 50X stock solution could be compounded of the developer and its preservative, and would give a good stock concentrate that would dilute 20ml A, the Elon, 20ml B to 960ml water.

This developer is said to give a 'soot and chalk' tonality to the image, which I take to mean a very high highlight contrast that could prove to be a problem. However you must remember that when this was formulated condenser enlargers were the norm, and with them their inherent Callier effect of blocking of the highlights.
